In addition to medical coverage, Open Enrollment is your opportunity to choose from a variety of other available benefits.
Dental
T-Mobile offers two dental plans through Delta Dental of Washington: the PPO Network Plan and the Open Network Plan. Both plans provide the same level of benefits and cover the same services, but the costs and flexibility differ. Learn more about Dental.

T-Mobile offers vision coverage through VSP, giving you access to a wide network of providers nationwide. Learn more about Vision.
Life Insurance and AD&D
T-Mobile provides you with life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) valued at 1.5x your annual base pay. During the Open Enrollment period, you can choose to buy additional life and AD&D insurance for yourself, up to 8x your annual pay, at reduced rates and pay for it directly from your paycheck. If you have dependents, you can also purchase spouse/partner voluntary life, child(ren) voluntary life, and employee and family AD&D insurance at reduced rates. If you elect additional coverage, you may need to complete Evidence of Insurability (EOI), a short medical questionnaire. If you currently have voluntary life insurance, T- Mobile will honor your current coverage amounts. EOI won’t be required for amounts at or below your existing coverage. You may see an EOI flag during enrollment, but it will be automatically removed through a daily update based on your current legacy coverage levels. Learn more about Life and AD&D.
Disability
T-Mobile provides short-term disability (STD) and the base 50% long term disability (LTD) plan, at no cost to you. For added protection, you can purchase additional LTD coverage during the Open Enrollment period.
The cost to buy-up to a higher level of LTD coverage is based on your age and salary. Learn more about Disability.
Supplemental Health Plans
Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance from Aflac is available to help with expenses due to a covered illness, accident, or hospital admission, and are paid directly to you (unless otherwise assigned).
These plans also pay you to stay healthy! Aflac's Wellness Benefit pays you just for getting a qualifying preventive screening, such as an annual physical exam. Learn more about Supplemental Health Plans.
Legal Plan

401(k)
You are immediately eligible for the 401(k) Plan. After your first year of employment (with T-Mobile or with a T-Mobile owned company) T-Mobile will match your future 401(k) contributions, dollar for dollar, on the first 3% in the form of pre-tax or Roth, and 50 cents on the dollar on the next 2%, up to a 4% match total.
