Before you can enroll for 2026 benefits, you’ll need to register on our benefits site.
Enrollment dates
- November 19 – December 31, 2025 is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll in T-Mobile benefits. After December 31, 2025, you cannot enroll or make changes to your 2026 benefits until the next Open Enrollment, unless you experience a qualified life event (i.e., getting married, having a baby).
- To ensure coverage is active on January 1, 2026, and to avoid retroactive deductions, make your elections by December 19, 2025.
- If you don’t take action, you will lose coverage for 2026.
- Your elections will take effect January 1, 2026.
Adding dependents
- You can add eligible dependents to your coverage including a spouse, a domestic partner (of any gender), a dependent child under the age of 26 (biological, adopted, stepchild, child of a domestic partner, a child for whom you're a legal guardian), or a child over age 26 if they are disabled and qualify for coverage.
- All enrolled dependents will go through a required dependent verification process during enrollment to determine eligibility for coverage. As you go through the enrollment process, you will be able to upload documentation to verify your dependents. Learn more about the dependent verification process and what you should have in hand as you enroll.
To enroll a child with disabilities over the age of 26, please contact the Benefit Center at (855) 866-2367 to be manually enrolled. In addition to the standard Dependent Verification requirements outlined here, you will also need to complete a medical questionnaire with your chosen medical carrier. They will review your medical documentation to verify your dependent meets the requirements for coverage under T-Mobile’s plan.
